Safety - Our goal is for your child to be safe. We want each family to feel welcomed and to know that they are in a safe and loving environment. Procedures/Guidelines are designed specifically with your child in mind. Their safety is as important to the leadership team as it is to you.
Security - We have an amazing tag system to keep your children secure. A randomly generated number is assigned each family at check-in to make sure your child is in a secure setting and that only the family assigned can remove them from the church. We have officers on site along with a trained security team to deter any malicious activity.
Discipleship - This is what VKiDS is all about. Setting an environment where children are being developed as leaders and taking action now. The leaders are discipling each other while teaching VKiDS the Word of God and how to apply it in their life. VKiDS have opportunities to teach, sing, act, dance, perform, evangelize, run sound, play instruments, host games and develop their younger counterparts. Everything we do is about making everyone around us better as we Follow Jesus Christ together.
We have different phases of development broken down by age.
Our desire is to create exciting programs that help elementary students learn more about the Bible, its principles, and its place in kids lives today
We also work to teach children to learn from the Bible by themselves
Throughout the year, we give children the opportunity to share their knowledge of the Bible with others through outreach and follow up activities.
We place a priority on preparing children for their future in youth and adult experiences, by providing volunteer opportunities and being a part of small groups.
We design our weekly services to help children learn to be attentive, to participate, and to have respect for authority and others, all in a fun atmosphere.
We strive to provide a consistent format that will allow children to learn, to mature, and to make friends from among their peers.
VKiDS strive to LIVE, MOVE, and BE in CHRIST!
It is our mission to have a place where toddlers and preschoolers are excited to come to church to learn more about Jesus
We want to teach the children that God made them, God loves them, and God has a good plan for their life
Our goal is to foster an atmosphere that helps children’s confidence grow as they learn through active participation, snacks, and reinforcement activities
In Little Travelers we teach Bible stories, make awesome crafts and have tons of fun at worship time! Every child is encouraged to take a Bible verse home every week to memorize because, we believe, that it is important for children to learn the word of God and how to apply it to their young lives. Our Preschool discipleship program teaches them leadership skills that they can use in their classrooms at church, school and at home. Little Travelers are already leaders and VKiDS is the place to help them discover their gifts! This program allows them to enter into Planet Shakers with confidence and ready to step into a leadership role!
Our nursery aims to be a safe, secure and loving place where babies can learn that God made them, God loves them, and God has a plan for their life
The goal of our nursery is to be a great representation of the church, where a child’s physical needs are met, teachers love to teach and babies love to play
The Bible says in Psalm 127:3-5 that “children are an inheritance and a reward from the Lord.” We wholeheartedly agree! Several times per year, Victory partners with parents in dedicating their children to the Lord. This is accomplished by parents bringing their children before the Victory Church family and committing to rear them in a Godly fashion with the help of the church. The scriptural root for this type of dedication is found in 1 Samuel.
We recognize that the dedication of a child does not give salvation, rather salvation only comes through Jesus Christ as each person recognizes their sinfulness and receives forgiveness and eternal life through Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord. It is a time, however, when parents are encouraged to actively commit themselves to provide everything necessary for the growth of their child physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. If you would like to have your child dedicated, please complete the form.
