What is a community group?

A small group is just that a small group of people who gather together in a home, at a restaurant, at Victory Church, or anywhere to develop relationship and to grow in their walk with God.

My community group helped me feel like I was part of the family in this big church.
— Jamie
Before I came to Victory I didn’t have any friends. Since I joined my small groups I have found many friends and wouldn’t trade it for the world.
— Brandon

Why join a community group?

Life is meant to be lived in relationship.  We serve a relational God and we are created in his image.  You were created to experience life with others.  Finding relationship with people like you is what small groups are designed to do.

My women’s community group is a place where I found loving, giving women and a great Bible teacher.
— Peggy
I learned different ways to power through life using the Lord & the Word of God. I found fellowship, worship & love.
— Jeremy

What does the Bible say?

"Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ." - Acts 5:42

Want to lead a group?

Our leaders are people who have a passion to see other people move one step closer to Christ.  They use their own passions, gifts and talents to lead their group to a place where their relationship with God is active and growing.

What I learned from my community group leader changed my life. I have a family now and I’m so grateful for that.
— Patty
When we lost our daughter, our small group provided meals, love and prayer. It gave us such great peace at such a hard time.
— Kelly
